Find Your Calm, Heal Your Body teaches techniques that work to help you find a sense of calm and safety. When we are in a state of chaos emotionally, our physical health suffers. Thankfully, there are things we can do, such as meditation and deep breathing that will help us to transition out of a perpetual fight, flight, freeze mode, into a restful calm that will allow our body to digest and heal properly.
